The headphone electroacoustic testing system is a highly accurate, flexible, and scalable integrated electroacoustic testing platform. The core service covers the entire process of headphone research and development, targeting core requirements such as circuit debugging, acoustic structure optimization, and performance boundary verification during the research and development stage, to achieve precise quantification of audio and acoustic performance indicators, problem localization, and parameter iteration. Different from the "compliance judgment" of the mass production quality inspection system, it focuses more on "deep analysis, flexible debugging, and multi scenario verification", and is the core R&D support equipment for headphones from scheme design to mass production implementation.
(1) Earphone electrical performance testing
Audio output (L/R) test: The signal source of the audio analyzer outputs test signals to the tested headphones through analog/Bluetooth/ASIO methods. After internal processing by the headphones, the signals first enter the filter and are then transmitted back to the analog input of the audio analyzer for analysis. The ATC software analyzes and displays various electrical performance indicators.
MIC circuit test: The audio analyzer directly outputs signals to both ends of the MIC, and then transmits them back to the input end of the audio analyzer for analysis through analog/Bluetooth/ASIO methods.
(2) Acoustic testing of the entire machine
Whole machine SPK testing: The audio analyzer signal source outputs standard test signals to both ends of the tested headphone speaker through simulation/Bluetooth/ASIO. The artificial ear collects the signals emitted by the headphone speaker and sends them back to the analog input of the audio analyzer for analysis. The ATC software analyzes and displays the relevant test results.
Whole machine MIC testing: The audio analyzer simulates the output test signal, which is amplified by a power amplifier to drive the artificial mouth to produce sound. The microphone under test collects the signal and transmits it back to the audio analyzer input through analog/Bluetooth or ASIO methods. The ATC software analyzes and displays the relevant test results.
