    KLIPPEL QC is able to meet the needs of daily testing of production lines, such as some special tests in the mass production phase or trial production phase. QC system is a modular system, easy to implement cost-effective test solutions, suitable for all types of audio equipment, such as transducers(micro speakers, woofers, tweeters), passive systems(speakers, headphones), as well as active systems (audio systems, tablets, smartphones, car audio, etc.). Compared to the KLIPPEL RnD system, the QC system hides the complex physical characteristics behind the product, and instead presents an intuitive and simple user interface to the end user, providing the test results necessary for manufacturing.

    The QC system not only accurately and reliably detects defective units on the production line, even in noisy production line environments, but also has the ultimate goal of increasing production volume. The online test system provides very valuable judgment information, which is used to find the root cause of the problem and solve the problem as soon as possible. Operators on the production line only have to visually inspect defective units and find valuable diagnostic information for production process control, or feedback to R&D engineers for future product development.

    A typical problem on the production line is how to deal with the impact of acceptable distortion symptoms in the tested product on the test results, such as some economical products. Due to the masking effect, some high-frequency signal components usually reduce the sensitivity to Rub & Buzz defect detection. Taking advantage of the highly similar symptom manifestations of successive batches of products during production, an adaptive system is used to model the conventional distortions generated by the good unit. The active elimination of conventional distortion signal components can reveal even very weak defective symptoms; If this active elimination feature is not enabled, usually these faint deficiency symptoms are completely masked by conventional distortion. Although these weak defects manifest themselves inaudibly during production testing, these defects will become worse and worse as the product is used over time, and directly cause serious damage to the final product.

    ●Optional option: Line noise immunity (PNI)

    The second microphone is used to monitor the environmental noise of the production line, and once the speaker test result is disturbed by the environmental noise, the system automatically determines the validity of the result and performs the automatic repeat test as needed. Robust detection technology ensures reliable detection of abnormal tones in products.
