A2B In-Vehicle Audio Test Solution

The ABTEC Ax audio analyzer, with its high cost performance, outstanding system performance, and extensive expansion capabilities, comprehensively covers all audio testing scenarios, making it the preferred testing equipment for both consumer and professional audio products. For automotive infotainment testing, the audio analyzer can complete core audio performance tests when paired with filters; by integrating with FM/AM signal generators and other signal sources, it enables full-scenario testing.

(1) AUX/USB/FM/AM audio testing
By using an audio analyzer, high-frequency signal generator, and standard audio source, standard test signals are input to the vehicle's AUX, FM/AM, and USB interfaces, respectively. After processing by the vehicle's computer and outputting to the load resistor, the signals are collected by the audio analyzer and analyzed by the upper computer software for distortion, signal-to-noise ratio, separation, and other indicators to verify the audio quality of each interface.

(2) Bluetooth audio testing
Bluetooth audio test: The Bluetooth box B18-A is connected to the car's Bluetooth A2DP, and the audio control software generates a test signal to B18-A, which is then transmitted to the car's system via Bluetooth. The audio analyzer simulates the input end to collect the car's output signal, and the upper computer software analyzes and displays the results.
Bluetooth call test: The Bluetooth box B18-A is connected to the car's Bluetooth HFP. The analog output signal of the audio analyzer is amplified by a power amplifier to drive the artificial mouth to produce sound. The car's MIC collects the signal and transmits it to B18-A, which then provides it to the testing software for data analysis.

(3) A2B link test
The car's central control serves as the Master, while the A2B audio analyzer option serves as the Slave
Downlink test: The signal transmitted by the vehicle control system through A2B is given to the Slave port of the A2B option, and then analyzed by ATC software to determine whether the signal transmitted by the vehicle control system is correct.
Uplink test: The A2B option of the audio analyzer outputs a test signal to the vehicle control center to test whether the signal received by the vehicle control center is normal.
