1. System introduction
One tow four Bluetooth headset audio test system is a customized product according to the current earphone market demand. After long-term continuous optimization, combined with the comprehensive consideration of customer product characteristics, testing requirements and manual operation habits, from hardware design to software platform, the simple, efficient and accurate test effect has been greatly realized, and UPH can reach 480 / hour.
The system is connected to the Bluetooth headset by the automatic test software, and the acoustic characteristics of the Bluetooth headset are tested through the audio analyzer, which provides a judgment basis for testing whether the headset enters the next process.
One-to-four mode: 4 tested products are tested sequentially after they are ready, saving staff pick-up time and Bluetooth pairing time.

Fourth, the test principle
1. Horn test
The audio analyzer generates a standard test signal that is wirelessly transmitted to the headset under test through the Bluetooth box, and the artificial ear collects the output signal of the headset and transmits it back to the analog input of the audio analyzer through its power adapter for analysis, and the host computer software displays the test results and determines the results PASS/FAIL.
2. Microphone test
The analog output test signal of the audio analyzer is amplified by the power amplifier and pushes the artificial mouth to make sound, and the microphone of the headset under test collects the signal and transmits it back to the input of the audio analyzer through the Bluetooth box for analysis, so as to obtain the performance parameters of the microphone.
5. Test the software
The software interface adopts a modular structure, which intuitively displays the results of various parameters and related information about the product to be tested, such as Bluetooth address/volume, and displays the total number of tests and pass rate in real time. The software can be connected to the production MES system and supports the generation of test reports in multiple formats, which is convenient for relevant personnel to view and track data.Key words:
